ACCOKEEK - Tug (Panama)
Accokeek was a former fleet tug which served as a training hull for Navy divers until 2000. Lies upright in 101 ft of water.

ADOLPHUS BUSCH - (Keyes)
210' Island Freighter, "Adolphus Busch Sr."  Sunk Dec 5, 1998. Lies in 100 ft of water.

ALEXANDERS WRECK -  Amesbury USS (Key West)
USS Amesbury a Buckley Class Destroyer of 306 ft in length. Lies in 25 ft of water. Sank whilst under tow. Was a decommissioned U.S. Navy ship being towed by  Alexander Marine Salvage off Key West to be sunk as an artificial reef when she grounded. Before she could be refloated a storm broke up her hull. Locally known as Alexander’s Wreck.

ALLIGATOR USS - Schooner (Keyes)
USS Alligator was a 12 cannon schooner. Ran aground in 1822 and was exploded by the crew to keep it from pirates. A mooring buoy close to the lighthouse in about 10 ft of water marks the ballast pile and scattered artifacts from the wreck. Wk lies in 40 ft of water.

ANTONIO ENSENAT - Schooner (Gulf of Mexico)
Antonio Ensenat was a 200 ton motor assisted steel schooner. Lies in 60 ft of water. Carrying a cargo of Cuban Rum when in collision in Oct 1943 with the freighter Charta.

AMAZONE - (Ft. Pierce)
Amazone was a 255' long Dutch freighter of 1294 tons built in 1922 by Meyer & Co's Scheepsbouw Mij NV, Zaltbommel. On May 6th 1942 when she was on route from Curacao to New York with a cargo of coffee and oil when she was torpedoed by U-333. Lies in 90 ft.

ANDE - (Palm Beach County)
Ande was a 293 ft vessel and was deployed on the 24th Nov 1996 in 185 ft of water. Named after Ande Monofilament Fishing Line the sponsors of the Wk. Previously called JED Carrier.

ANGUSTIAS - Galleon (Upper Keys)
Was a source of major treasure recoveries when initially salvaged in the early 1970's. Part of the 1733 treasure fleet.

ANNA Freighter -(Duval)
Anna was a 230 ft freighter sank on 16th July 1986. A tug also lies nearby at 30.29.558N  80.57.617W and a large barge at 30.30.693N  80.56.367W

ANTARES M/S - Freighter (Escambia)
Antares was a freighter of 387 ft in length. Lies in 130 ft of water.

ARABY MAID - Steel Barque (Dry Tortugas)
Araby Maid was a 863 ton and a 195 ft steel three Masted Schooner Barque built in in 1868. She lies 32 miles west of the Dry Tortugas in 204 ft of water. Sank after a collision in 1903.

ATLAS - Tug
Atlas was a 85 ft steel tug that was sunk in 73 ft of water in 1997. A second tug the MOONLIGHTER sits some 300 ft away.

AUDREY Tug (Bay County)
Built in 1943 Audrey was a large tug of 2640 ton used as a 247 ft Clam Shell dredge. Lies in 115 ft of water and rises 68 ft off the sea bed.

BAJA CALIFORNIA - (Naples)
Baja California was a 257 ft Norwegian 1,648 ton freighter built in 1914 and carrying war materials when torpedoed by U-84.  She was on route from New Orleans for Guatemala when sunk. Lies in 115 ft.

BAYRONTO - British Freighter (Charlotte County)
BayRonto was British freighter of 6045 tons built in 1905 by Armstrong Whitworth & Co. in Newcastle. Formerly called Tronto but was renamed when sold in 1916 to Bay S.S. Co. The Bay S.S. Co. was a company formed by the French Government to operate British ships which it had purchased and due to wartime restrictions had to remain under British Flag. Dimensions: 400'x 52', and powered by a 495 nhp triple expansion engine. Overcome by heavy seas on the 13th Sept 1919. Lies in 110 ft of water.

BENJAMIN H. GRIERSON - Liberty Ship (Panama City)
Benjamin H. Grierson was a Liberty Ship built in 1943 by the Oregon Ship Building Corporation in Portland, Oregon. Dimensions: 441'x 57' and was 7,716 gross tons. On Nov 28th 1949, she was laid up in the Mobile Reserve Fleet in the Tensaw River near Mobile, Alabama. On Sept 29th 1977, the Florida Department of Natural Resources sank the vessel as an artificial reef. Commonly called the Liberty Ship lies in 75 ft of water.

BIRMINGHAM QUEEN - Charter Party Boat (Port St. Joe)
Birmingham Queen  was a steel party boat. Lies in 150 ft of water.

B.J. PUTNAM - Fish Processing Boat (Panama)
B.J.Putnam was a former fish processing vessel was deployed in 103 ft of water in 1993.

BLACK BART Supply Ship (Panama)
Black Bart was a 185 ft Oil Field Supply Vessel. Lies upright in 75 ft of water. Named in honour after Capt. Charles Bartholomew who was the Navy's Supervisor of Salvage in Panama City.

U.S.C.G. BLACKTHORN - Coastguard Cutter (Tampa)
U.S. Coast Guard cutter Blackthorn,  was built at Marine Iron & Shipbuilding Corp. Duluth, Minnesota, on May 21, 1943.  Dimensions:180'x 37'  and powered by a single screw. In January of 1980, the Blackthorn was in a collision with the tanker Capricorn at the mouth of Tampa Bay in the channel leading to the Skyway Bridge. A total of 23 of the Blackthorn's Coast Guard crew were killed in the accident. The Blackthorn's damaged hull recovered and eventually was towed into 80 ft of water and sunk on January 28th 1980 as Pinellas County Artificial Reef # 2.

BOCA GRANDE WRECK - Freighter (Ft. Myers)
Boca Grande Wreck is a unidentified shipwreck and is thought to be the remains of a freighter. Located 32 miles offshore in 95 ft of water.

BRASS WRECK- Schooner (Pensacola)
This unidentified wooden hulled wreck is thought to be that of a schooner. Located off Pensacola she received her name from divers who recovered quite a few brass artifacts from her. Thought to be from the late 1800's and is approximately 250 ft in length. Lies in 90 ft. The Brass Wreck is also known as the Anchor Wreck and maybe the BRIDE OF LORNE which was  1,324 tons and sank with a cargo of timber.

CAPTAIN TONY - (Delray Beach)
This 195 ft Dutch freighter was deployed in 85 ft of water on the 22nd October 1996.
Originally called the MV Becks but was renamed in memory of a local Charter Boat Captain and is called Captain Tony

CAYMAN SALVAGE MASTER
The Cayman Salvage Master was launched as the Lt. Col. Ellery W. Niles, a 163' long US Army minelayer built by Pusey & Jones of Wilmington, Delaware in 1937. A twin screw, diesel electric powered vessel later converted in 1965 as the Research Vessel (R/V) F.V. Hunt of Marine Acoustical Services, Inc. (later called TRACOR) of Miami, Florida, named for Dr. Frederick V. Hunt, an acoustical researcher. Lies in 86 ft of water.

CHEVRON - OIL RIG (Pensacola)
Two large sections of an oil rig lie in 134 ft of water. Rises to 50 ft of the bottom.

CHICKASAW - Tug (Panama City)
Chickasaw was a steel hulled tug boat built in Pensacola, Florida, in 1908. Dimensions: 107 feet long, 20 foot beam. The Chickasaw was sold at an auction after World War II and purchased by Sherman Towing Company of Panama City. Renamed Sherman VI and sank at her dock in the late 1970's. Was raised and towed offshore to be sunk as a deep water fish haven, but the pumps that were being used to keep her afloat gave out, and the tug went down in shallower water than was originally planned. Lies in 70 ft of water.

CLEARWATER WRECK - WW11 Steamship (Clearwater)
The Clearwater Wreck is said to be the remains of a WW11 steamship and maybe a dredge that sunk during World War II. Lies in 60 ft of water.

COMMANDER - Tug (Bay County- Panama City)
COMMANDER was a steel hulled 65 ft tug boat. Lies in 90 ft of water.

CONTAINER BARGE (Bradenton)
This 80 ft barge rests upside down in 95 ft of water. Rises nearly 30 ft off the seabed.

CRANE BARGE (Sarasota)
The Crane Barge is approximately 90 ft long and sits in 110 ft of water.
