Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. All information that is submitted or left behind from your visit to ELECTRIC BLUE FISHING will not be sold, traded, or made available to anyone except for the following possible reason.*

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. No personal information is stored online, it is all stored locally on our PC's. We use a third party provider for secure electronic transmission of credit card information for payment of products or services. We have no access to this information other than the order placed and the address of the person placing the order.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy: 

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 16 years of age. We also remove any content from this website which may be posted by others that we do not deem suitable for children's viewing.

We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. Corrections to this information are largely unnecessary as the information is not stored online.
